Presenter Resources

These resources are intended to assist students in creating their submission files. Please use the form below to submit files and video link by May 14, 2021.

Poster Dimensions

Maximum allowed poster dimensions are 48 inches by 36 inches. The submitted poster file must be within these dimension limits. For presentation purposes, poster content may be broken into slides, but only content present on the poster may be included on the slides presented. Small props or demonstrations that could reasonably be used during a normal, face-to-face poster session are allowed on the video. Adding new content or using props or demonstrations that would not be practical under a normal poster presentation in the presentation video is grounds for disqualification in competition.

Presentation Video

Videos must be no longer than 5 minutes and uploaded into youtube. Many colleges and universities provide students access to virtual platforms that could be used to create presentation video. Powerpoint alone also has the capability to record a voice over. Please see the resources below to address technology needs. Example presentations can be viewed at the links under Other Resources below. If you do not have access to the needed technology, please email Andrea at aludwig@utk.edu, and we will arrange a virtual recording session.
